Key Duties Investigate and report any stock variances, missing items, or unexplained cash shortfalls. Supervise the Account Clerk and ensure proper handover procedures between shifts. Prepare weekly P&L summary for each location. Conduct daily and weekly stock counts and reconcile against the system records. Ensure separation of duties: sales clerks sell, account team counts and reconciles. Oversee the accounting software to ensure all transactions are captured in real time. Prepare daily sales and cash reports for the CEO. Manage procurement requests: verify stock needs, raise purchase orders, track deliveries. Coordinate with Taiwo Adewale & Co. for monthly external audit and compliance. Manage daily cash reconciliation at both locations — sales must match cash collected. Key Performance Indicators Zero unexplained cash variances exceeding ₦5,000 per week. Weekly P&L. Daily sales and cash report. Stock variance below 1% per monthly audit cycle. 100% compliance with handover procedures between shifts. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Detail-oriented and process-driven. Fluent in English and Yoruba. Strong Excel skills and experience: with accounting or POS software. High integrity — must be comfortable flagging fraud or discrepancies without hesitation. Minimum 3 years experience: in retail accounting, inventory management, or financial controls. Experience: in pharmaceutical retail, FMCG, or healthcare preferred. Compensation Base Salary: N180,000 – N250,000 gross monthly. Performance Bonus: ₦40,000/month for zero variance months. Benefits: HMO, pension, 13th month salary, transport allowance.
