We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Furniture Showroom Officer to manage showroom activities, attend to customers, promote furniture products, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to customers in the showroom. Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable furniture products. Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales. Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends. Explain product features, prices, materials, and available options. Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant teams for delivery. Maintain proper display and presentation of furniture products. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer enquiries, and transactions. Drive showroom sales and achieve assigned targets. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Requirements: Sales-oriented and target-driven. Presentable, confident, and proactive. 1–3 years of experience: in showroom sales, furniture sales, retail sales, or customer service. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment.
