The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of installations, materials used, and service activities. Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on PV systems as needed. Conduct on-site assessments to determine system requirements: and installation feasibility. Provide client support and education: on system operations and maintenance. Interpret and implement solar system designs and schematics. Install, inspect, and maintain photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with codes and standards. Coordinate with project engineers, electricians, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate installations. Requirements: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics. Proven understanding of solar PV system components, wiring, and safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEC). Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in various outdoor conditions. Experience: with hybrid systems, battery storage, or solar water heating systems.
