Key Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to residents, guests, and prospective clients. Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service. Manage check-ins and check-outs where applicable. Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and direct enquiries appropriately. Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Requirements: B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline. Previous experience: in a client-facing receptionist or customer care role is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
