Target Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and departmental customer service, sales, or operational targets as assigned. Customer Service Client Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person, providing accurate information on products, services, policies, and processes. Issue Resolution: Log, track, and resolve customer complaints or requests to achieve first-contact resolution where possible. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up until closure.
