A premier boutique short-let property in Sangotedo is seeking a vibrant, tech-savvy, and firm Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, drive revenue, and lead a dedicated 10-person team. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Direct, train, and supervise a team of 10 staff (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, & Security). Facilities & Quality Control: Perform daily walkthroughs to maintain impeccable housekeeping, room readiness, and swift maintenance turnaround. Guest Experience: & Front Desk: Oversee check-in/check-out processes, manage room allocations across all units, and ensure high guest satisfaction. Revenue & Financial Discipline: Track occupancy rates, daily revenue, and expenses; enforce strict payment follow-ups, manage overstays, and control operating costs (e.g., diesel/utilities). Digital & Channel Management: Promptly manage online booking channels, digital forms, and WhatsApp lead flows. Who We Are Looking For Education: B.Sc / HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proximity: Candidates living within or close to the Lekki–Ajah–Sangotedo axis are strongly preferred. Technical & Digital Infrastructure Skills: Strong mastery of digital hospitality tools, booking systems, revenue/expense tracking sheets, and real-time communication tools (WhatsApp groups, online forms). Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in hospitality, short-lets, or serviced apartment management (with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role). Profile & Character: smart, highly organized, firm yet personable, with strong leadership presence to manage multidisciplinary teams.
