Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company’s facilities. Ensure the workplace is clean, safe, functional, and properly maintained. Monitor and manage company equipment, furniture, tools, and other assets. Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, purchases, and usage. Receive, inspect, organize, and properly store incoming supplies and materials. Monitor stock levels and prepare timely requests for replenishment. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with records. Track the movement and condition of company assets and equipment. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, servicing, and facility-related vendors. Ensure proper documentation of purchases, supplies, and inventory transactions. Identify wastage, losses, damages, or discrepancies and report them promptly. Support procurement activities and ensure cost-effective use of company resources. Prepare regular facility and inventory reports for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Requirements: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in facility management, inventory management, administration, logistics, or a related role. Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification in any discipline Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures. Ability to use Microsoft Excel and other basic office management tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Honest, dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
