Candidates who are passionate about quality, safety, continuous improvement, and efficient production processes are strongly encouraged to apply. Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and quality-driven Production Assistant to support its production operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Microbiology and a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience: in food or beverage production. This role requires someone who understands production processes, quality standards, hygiene practices, and can contribute to efficient daily manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished products. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment. Assist in minimizing production waste and improving operational efficiency. Work closely with the production team to achieve daily production targets. Monitor production processes and report any deviations or equipment issues promptly. Assist in the daily production of beverages and other products in accordance with approved procedures. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Support the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures. Ensure production activities comply with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies. Requirements: Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Minimum of 5 years' experience: in food or beverage production. High level of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to quality. Knowledge of quality control procedures and production documentation. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Microbiology or a closely related field. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Break: One-hour break daily.
