We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Operations / Control Officer (Graduate Trainee) Location: Oniru, VI - Lagos Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive Operations/Control Officer to support the effective coordination, monitoring, and control of daily business operations. The successful candidate will monitor operational activities, ensure compliance with company procedures, identify discrepancies or operational issues, maintain accurate records, and work with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and report operational discrepancies, irregularities, and control issues. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Conduct routine checks on operations, inventory, documentation, and business processes. Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and internal controls. Conduct regular checks and reconciliations to identify errors or discrepancies. Monitor stock movement, product handling, and documentation where required. Monitor daily operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Follow up on identified issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Ensure proper documentation and accurate record-keeping of operational activities. Assist management in monitoring compliance and improving overall operational efficiency. Prepare and submit regular operational and control reports to management. Identify recurring operational challenges and recommend practical solutions. Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established operational standards. Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Sales, and other relevant departments to improve efficiency and maintain proper controls. Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. At least 1 year of relevant work experience: is an added advantage. Good understanding of business operations and internal controls. Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and accountability.
