Key Responsibilities: Provide business intelligence and strategic advisory to executive leadership. Review and improve business processes, policies, and operational frameworks. Support change management initiatives and foster a high-performance culture. Facilitate strategic planning sessions, stakeholder engagement, and organizational alignment. Monitor organizational performance and prepare executive and board reports. Lead the development, implementation, and execution of corporate strategy and business plans. Drive performance management through KPIs, scorecards, and strategic reviews. Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years' experience: in strategic planning, corporate performance management, business transformation, or business development. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree in Strategy, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an advantage.
