Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of transactions and client bookings Process flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, and cancellations Liaise with airlines and GDS platforms to confirm reservations Advise clients on fares, schedules, and travel requirements: Ensure compliance with airline policies and industry regulations Resolve ticketing-related issues and escalate where necessary Handle ticket changes and rebooking requests promptly Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/HND in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field with minimum of 2–4 years of experience: in a ticketing or travel operations role. Graduate of an aviation school is an added advantage Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
