The candidate will be responsible for managing service providers, coordinating maintenance, vendors, and workers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abeokuta & Ogun State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all physical spaces, including accommodations, halls, offices, and storage areas Ensure all equipment, utilities, and infrastructure (electricity, water, HVAC, lighting) are functioning efficiently. Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure the facility reflects the brand’s aesthetic and operational standards at all times. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Develop and enforce safety procedures and emergency response plans. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments across all facility areas. Maintain records of safety checks, incidents, and compliance requirements. Manage relationships with service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, waste disposal, etc.) Source, negotiate, and oversee third-party contractors and suppliers. Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality and cost efficiency. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Requirements: Minimum qualification of HND. 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
