The role ensures compliance with company policies and labour regulations while providing administrative and operational support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, payroll administration, HR reporting, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities. Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. Conduct reference and background checks. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts. Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes. Maintain recruitment trackers and talent pipelines. HR Administration Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files. Update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Prepare employment letters including confirmation, promotion, transfer, salary review, and disciplinary correspondence. Maintain organizational charts and staff lists. Manage employee documentation and filing systems. Ensure confidentiality of employee information Employee Relations Support the resolution of employee concerns and grievances. Assist in disciplinary processes and investigations. Draft warning letters and disciplinary documentation. Monitor employee attendance and punctuality. Promote compliance with the Code of Conduct and HR policies. Support employee wellness and engagement initiatives. Performance Management Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process. Track probationary reviews and employee confirmations. Support the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Monitor departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Prepare performance reports and analytics. Learning and Development Coordinate internal and external training programmes. Maintain employee training records. Monitor mandatory compliance training.
