Track key metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign performance and audience growth. Develop, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content for our TikTok channel. Identify, initiate, and manage relationships with relevant industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Host regular live sessions on Facebook and TikTok showcasing products, industry insights, and promotions to attract prospects and grow our follower base. Promptly respond to customer inquiries received via social platforms. Conduct initial needs assessment and lead qualification, ensuring smooth handover to sales.
