We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Head Barista (Coffee) Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee program and help shape the customer experience: from day one. Your Role As Head Barista, you'll oversee our daily coffee operations, maintain exceptional quality standards and lead our barista team. You'll play a key role in developing our beverage menu, training staff and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience. Responsibilities: Ensure coffee equipment is maintained and operating correctly. Prepare exceptional espresso-based drinks, matcha and specialty beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar. Develop signature drinks and seasonal specials. Deliver warm, genuine customer service. Manage inventory and communicate stock requirements. Help create a welcoming and inspiring café atmosphere. Dial in espresso and maintain coffee quality throughout the day. Train, mentor and supervise junior baristas. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of barista experience: (specialty coffee preferred). Passion for coffee and hospitality. Leadership or team training experience. High attention to detail.
