The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, provide outstanding customer service, and support the smooth daily operations of the store while driving sales. Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Port Harcourt & Rivers State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Promote and sell the store’s fashion products. Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information. Handle front desk activities, phone calls, and customer complaints professionally. Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records. Arrange and replenish products on display. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. Assist with inventory tracking and stock management. Prepare daily sales reports and perform other assigned duties. Requirements: Minimum of an SSCE qualification. Previous experience: in Sales, Customer Service, or Front Desk is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be smart, well-presented, and customer-focused. Basic computer knowledge is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
