You will oversee the auditing processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help us identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall efficiency of our financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular audits of financial records and internal processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for improvements. Collaborate with management to implement audit recommendations and enhance financial controls. Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations to mitigate. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and practices related to auditing and finance. Provide training and guidance staff on compliance and auditing processes. Assist in the development and improvement of audit policies and procedures. Handle other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications : Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or certification preferred.
