We are seeking a competent and proactive HSE Officer to support our Health, Safety and Environmental operations. The successful candidate will help ensure compliance with HSE standards, safe work practices, and effective operational controls. Key Responsibilities: Identifying workplace hazards and risks and implementing appropriate control measures to prevent accidents and incidents. Conducting risk assessments and developing Safe Systems of Work (SSW) for technicaland hazardous activities. Oversee permit-to-work systems for high-risk activities (electrical isolation, working at height, confined space, hot works). Promote a proactive safety culture through toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and visible engagement with the on-site team. Support emergency preparedness planning and drills (fire, evacuation, critical incident response) across the site. Requirements: & Qualifications Degree or HND in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong communication and training-delivery skills, with the ability to influence safety behaviour across a diverse workforce. Minimum 3 years’ HSE experience, ideally within Facilities Management, construction, industrial, or large public-venue/hospitality environments. Certification in HSE, ISO, and NEBOSH is a plus.
