You will ensure that all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory standards while meeting clients’ needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing building projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Participate in tender preparation, cost estimation, and materials specification. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements: and translate ideas into feasible design solutions. Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with technical specifications. Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and health and safety regulations. Revise drawings and plans based on client feedback and site conditions. Provide technical guidance and design input during construction and project handover. Conduct site inspections to monitor design implementation, materials, and workmanship. Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs, drawings, and plans for construction projects. Maintain accurate project documentation and design records throughout all stages. Prepare and present design proposals, 3D renderings, and working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software. Qualifications and Experience: 3–5 years of post-graduation experience: in architectural design, preferably within the construction industry. Professional registration with ARCON, NIA, or an equivalent body is highly desirable. Strong visualization, presentation, and project coordination skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural design tools. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong Knowledge of project management and interior architecture is required. Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and sustainable building practices. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Architecture or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
