Monitor sales activities and assist in tracking sales targets and key performance indicators. Support the preparation of tenders, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and service delivery. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, escalating issues where necessary. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
