We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Technical Assistant Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The PA acts as the key liaison between the GMD, internal management, external partners, government agencies, consultants, and clients – ensuring efficient communication and execution of strategic, operational, and project-related matters across the Group The Technical Assistant (TA) to the Group Managing Director (GMD) provides high-level administrative, secretarial, and operational support to ensure the smooth management of the GMD’s office. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Job Responsibilities: Advice the GMD and board on project related issues and provide solutions. To work closely with the GMD to ensure that all projects and contracts are up to date and ensure relevant managers produce monthly management reports for the GMD outlining progress on all projects; Manage and maintain the GMD’s diary and email account. Other related responsibility as assigned. Research, Analyze and interpret Complex information and present back to the GMD Manage Business Schedule for the GMD and attend and prepare agendas, minutes for meetings attended Conducting analysis of information and reports on a regular basis. Interface with senior management executives across the group. Qualifications & Experience: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Minimum of 4-6 years proven experience: as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives (preferably in engineering, real estate, or project-based industries). Experience: in handling cross-functional coordination, project tracking, and executive reporting. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or related field. Excellent command of written and spoken English; multilingual ability is an advantage . Key Competencies & Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. Mature, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with infrastructure, construction, or real estate sectors is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management tools. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Good understanding of corporate governance and executive-level coordination.
