This is a hands-on role for someone who understands liquidity management, cash forecasting, reconciliation, settlements, and financial controls, and can operate effectively in a fast-moving fintech environment. We're looking for a Treasury Manager to help manage Anchor's liquidity, cash positions, banking relationships, and day-to-day treasury operations across our growing financial infrastructure. Responsibilities: Monitor Anchor's daily cash and liquidity positions across bank accounts, currencies, and financial partners. Support FX and multi-currency liquidity management, including monitoring exposures and funding requirements. Work closely with Finance and Operations to improve cash management, settlement efficiency, and working capital. Drive accurate and timely reconciliation of treasury accounts and investigate discrepancies. Establish and maintain treasury controls, processes, and reporting to reduce operational and financial risk. Build and maintain cash flow forecasts and identify potential liquidity gaps or funding requirements. Develop treasury reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility into liquidity, balances, settlements, and exposures. Support the development of treasury policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks as Anchor scales. Identify operational risks and improve treasury processes through automation, controls, and better systems. Monitor settlement cycles, balances, transaction flows, and exceptions across accounts and partners. Manage daily funding, settlements, transfers, and liquidity requirements: across our banking and payment infrastructure. Manage relationships and operational processes with banks, payment processors, and other financial partners. Requirements: Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with financial data and reporting. Strong understanding of financial controls, operational risk, and treasury processes. Experience: managing multiple bank accounts, financial institutions, payment partners, or currencies. 3 – 6 years of experience: in treasury, banking operations, financial operations, payments, or a similar role. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience: working with payment flows, settlement processes, and transaction operations. Strong ownership and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, settlements, and reconciliation. Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and resolve issues quickly. Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
