This is an excellent opportunity for a young graduate looking to build a long-term career in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Procurement, or Operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, and career-driven Graduate Trainee to join our Supply Chain Department. The successful candidate will receive practical training and hands-on exposure to key supply chain functions, including warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, material handling, logistics, documentation, and supply chain coordination. Key Responsibilities: Perform other duties assigned by the Supply Chain/Warehouse Supervisor or Management. Support the receiving, storage, issuing, and movement of materials and finished products. Work closely with Production, Procurement, Quality Control, Accounts, and other relevant departments. Support loading, dispatch, and delivery activities where required. Learn and comply with company policies, warehouse procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, excesses, or discrepancies. Assist in coordinating the movement of raw materials and finished products between departments and locations. Support the proper arrangement, identification, and safe storage of materials. Assist with stock counting, inventory reconciliation, and proper documentation of stock movements. Participate in periodic stock-taking and inventory audits. Assist in maintaining accurate warehouse records and documentation. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and supply chain department. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Basic computer literacy and ability to work with Microsoft Office applications. Must be hardworking, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn. Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate good organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of basic warehouse and inventory procedures. Must have completed NYSC. 0–2 years of relevant work experience, particularly in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations. Previous experience: in a plastic manufacturing company is an added advantage. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Management, or a related discipline. Previous experience: as a Factory Helper, Warehouse Assistant, Store Assistant, Production Assistant, or Supervisor will be an added advantage. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Good numerical, documentation, and record-keeping skills. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should be ambitious, proactive, physically and mentally alert, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in Supply Chain Management.
