The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic client relationships, and promote our range of security services. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present the company's security solutions. Prepare compelling proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations. Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure. Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. Ensure timely contract renewals and identify opportunities for account growth. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility. Negotiate commercial terms with clients while ensuring company profitability. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports using company systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. Minimum of 4 years experience in business development or B2B sales. Previous experience selling security services is an added advantage. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills. Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset. Self-driven, confident, and comfortable engaging senior decision-makers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment.
