The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, HR advisory, employee engagement, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate coordination. Support HR consulting and advisory projects, including HR policies, employee documentation and HR processes. Support employee engagement, onboarding, performance management and workplace culture initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Participate in client meetings and provide timely updates on assignments. Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers and other relevant documentation. Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional handling of client and employee information.
