This role presents an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accurate accounting records and financial files. Analyze budgets and prepare detailed expense reports. Examine bank statements and reconcile them with general ledger entries. Review and verify employee expense claims. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and relevant tax regulations. Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports for senior management and stakeholders. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Ensure timely processing of payments and financial transactions. Assist in internal and external audit exercises. Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience: as an Account Officer or in a similar accounting/finance role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems). Good understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles. Strong analytical and numerical skills. High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
