Key duties include: Equipment Assembly & Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Quality Assurance, Client Support, Maintenance & Reporting. Responsibilties Client Support: Provide basic operational training and technical guidance to clients upon installation completion. Maintenance & Reporting: Perform routine pre-delivery inspections and maintenance on warehouse stock. Accurately complete installation and service reports. Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, installation, and setup of packaging machines and commercial ovens according to engineering specifications. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished installations to ensure they meet our company's quality and reliability benchmarks. Testing & Commissioning: Conduct thorough operational tests, troubleshoot technical issues, and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Requirements: Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. Age: 18 - 35 years old. A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a keen eye for detail. Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols. Good physical condition to handle heavy machinery and components. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical wiring diagrams. Highly reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and work schedules diligently. A Technical School Certificate, OND (Ordinary National Diploma), or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience: in the installation, maintenance, or repair of industrial machinery (e.g., packaging equipment, food processing machinery, commercial appliances, or related electromechanical systems).
