We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Business Development Officer Job Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Summary We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive B2B sales, acquire new clients and grow revenue for engine oil and lubricant products. The ideal candidate must have strong B2B sales experience, excellent client relationship skills and a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Job Responsibilities: Generate and convert new B2B sales opportunities and corporate accounts. Identify and develop relationships with distributors, dealers, workshops, fleet operators and other potential clients. Promote and sell the company's engine oil and lubricant products. Manage existing clients and drive repeat business and customer retention. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients and follow up on sales leads to closure. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives. Prepare regular sales reports and provide market and customer feedback to management. Job Requirements: Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 2–3 years of experience: in B2B Sales/Business Development. Experience: in engine oil, lubricants, automotive products or related industries is an added advantage. Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients and close sales. Strong B2B client relationship and account-management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
