We are seeking a competent, proactive, and relationship-driven Provider Relationship Executive to join our team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience: in provider management/relations within the HMO or health insurance industry and possess strong knowledge of healthcare provider operations, negotiation, communication, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers. Manage the onboarding, accreditation, and re-accreditation of healthcare providers. Conduct regular visits to providers to monitor service quality and compliance with HMO requirements. Liaise with providers regarding tariffs, claims, payments, service delivery, and contractual matters. Identify and resolve provider-related complaints and operational challenges promptly. Monitor provider performance and escalate recurring service delivery issues. Support provider negotiations and tariff reviews in line with company policies. Ensure providers understand the company's policies, procedures, benefit packages, and approval processes. Conduct provider audits and coordinate with the Claims, Medical, and Operations teams where necessary. Identify gaps in the provider network and recommend suitable facilities for onboarding. Prepare and submit regular provider relationship and activity reports. Support the organisation in improving enrollee satisfaction and overall provider service quality. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree / HND in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline. 2–3 years of relevant experience: in provider relations, provider management, or operations within an HMO/health insurance company. Good knowledge of the Nigerian HMO and healthcare industry. Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills. Ability to manage multiple healthcare providers effectively. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Good analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
