Head, Trust Services Job Type Full Time Qualification MBA/MSc/MA Experience: 8 - 10 years Location Lagos Job Field Administration / Facilities , Legal and Regulatory Salary Range ₦750,000 - ₦1,000,000/month Duties & Responsibilities: Solicit, develop, generate and manage full-service relationships with Trust Clients and prospects including sub-nationals, government agencies, corporates and HNIs to ensure realization of revenue budget. Lead business support functions on all relationships to provide clients with a high level of individualized customer service consistent with their service needs/expectations. Ensuring prudent and effective management of the Company’s financial resources, personnel, and other resources. Day-to-day coordination and management of the support functions of the Trust business. Providing the Group’s Executive Management with complete, accurate and timely information to enable it make sound decisions. Trust and fiduciary administration including payments, filing, bookkeeping clients’ portfolios. Act as director, nominee director and signatory for clients’ structures. Ensuring policies and procedures are in place for client on-boarding and management. Overseeing compliance issues and ensuring that the business is complying with regulatory requirements: along with staff. Liaise with accountants to ensure co-ordination of administration and information. Promoting our trustee services to the trustees of all trusts so identified. Responsible for delivering services both internally focused in managing exposure to risk for the business and outwardly focused on delivering a professional and streamlined service to a range of trustees in-line with the company brand. Development of an interactive database of trust matters and the associated collateral to deliver a streamlined service. Coordinating the annual management of each trust and the preparation of annual trust accounts.
