The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate records. We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Officer to manage the company's financial records, transactions, reporting, and day-to-day financial activities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and resolve financial discrepancies. Monitor expenses against approved budgets. Monitor income, expenses, and cash flow. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Manage daily financial transactions and records. Process payments and follow up on outstanding payments. Support payroll and staff expense processing. Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and financial documents. Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. Assist with budgeting and financial planning. Assist with tax and statutory financial obligations. Liaise with banks, vendors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders. Prepare monthly financial reports. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. Requirements: Strong numerical and analytical ability. Professional certification such as ICAN/ACCA is an added advantage. 1–3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience. Good knowledge of financial procedures and accounting principles. Ability to prepare financial reports and reconciliations. B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience: with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Nigerian tax and statutory requirements: is an advantage.
