This person serves as the bridge between the RxAll Group CEO and RxAll Nigeria Team, ensuring all employment practices comply with Nigerian labor law while supporting the operational goals of the business. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Human Resources Business Partner role based in Ibadan. The Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business goals, providing strategic HR guidance across functions. This role will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and programs to support a high-performance, inclusive culture. Day-to-day responsibilities: include advising on workforce planning, managing employee relations cases, supporting performance management cycles, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations. The Senior HR Business Partner will also drive talent development initiatives, partner with managers on coaching and feedback, and use HR data and metrics to guide decision-making and organizational improvements. Qualifications Summary Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience: designing, implementing, and improving HR frameworks and procedures. Proven expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and supporting a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace. Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with demonstrated ability to ensure compliance and mitigate legal and regulatory risk. Experience: in Performance Management, including setting goals, managing review cycles, coaching managers, and supporting performance improvement plans. Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders as a strategic advisor on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, with experience: using HR metrics and data to inform decisions and track the impact of HR initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM, CIPD) is an advantage. Prior experience: in a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech-driven environment, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or a related sector.
