The Continental & Local Dish Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality continental and Nigerian dishes in line with Ofada Heaven’s Afro-fusion fine dining standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor stock levels and support inventory control Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation Minimize food wastage and manage kitchen efficiency Prepare and cook a variety of continental and local dishes according to standard recipes Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials when required Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours Requirements: Strong knowledge of Nigerian and continental cuisine Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
