Key Responsibilities: Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth. Identify and generate new business opportunities. Follow up on enquiries, prospects, quotations, and opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Visit construction sites, estates, property developers, architects, interior professionals, and other potential sources of business. Present Marsand Bespoke Joinery’s products and services professionally. Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities. Prospect for potential clients and project opportunities. Requirements: Valid driver's licence and proven driving experience. Previous experience: in field sales, business development, marketing, or a related role is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the interior design, construction, real estate, furniture, or building industry is an added advantage. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to drive confidently for client visits and other field activities.
