Issue materials and supplies to authorised personnel based on approved requests and maintain proper documentation. Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, equipment, supplies, and other inventory items. Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, reduce wastage, and strengthen warehouse efficiency. Prepare regular inventory and warehouse reports for management review. Implement appropriate stock control practices, including proper labelling, categorisation, and arrangement of inventory. Maintain accurate and up to date inventory records, including stock received, issued, transferred, and returned. Maintain proper documentation for all inventory movements, including Goods Received Notes, Store Issue Vouchers, stock transfer records, and related documents. Monitor stock levels and identify items that require replenishment to prevent shortages or operational disruptions. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and established warehouse procedures. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory balances with recorded figures. Perform any other duties that may reasonably be assigned by Management. Investigate and report discrepancies, damaged items, losses, or unexplained variances in inventory. Ensure that only authorised personnel have access to warehouse facilities and inventory. Support periodic audits and provide accurate inventory records and documentation when required. Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure proper storage, accessibility, cleanliness, and security of all items. Monitor expiry dates where applicable and ensure proper stock rotation to minimise wastage. Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other relevant departments regarding inventory requirements: and availability. Monitor the condition of equipment, materials, and supplies and ensure proper handling and storage to minimise damage and wastage. N130,000 - N250,000 monthly.
