They are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function, champion organizational culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure effective people management across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. Provide HR advisory support to management and department heads. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Oversee HR operations across all 5 locations. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes. Champion organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level management experience. Multi-location HR management experience: is an advantage. Strong ability to champion organizational culture and manage multiple priorities. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Alternating Saturdays may be possible after 3 months. Saturdays & Public Holidays: 8:45 AM – 1:30 PM N900,000 monthly.
