Manage HR budgets and departmental resources. Lead disciplinary and grievance procedures. Develop succession planning and talent management programmes. Establish and manage performance management frameworks. Develop and review HR policies and employee handbooks. Develop and execute the organization's HR strategy. Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives. Oversee learning and development strategies. Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition. Advise senior management on people-related decisions. Develop organizational structures, job descriptions and competency frameworks. Lead and develop HR personnel. Manage employee relations and workplace conflict resolution. Develop compensation, benefits: and reward strategies. Develop HR analytics and workforce dashboards. Lead employee onboarding and integration. Requirements: CIPM's current practitioner/executive routes emphasize substantial HR/administrative experience: and competence across areas such as talent planning, performance management, rewards, learning and development, change management and employee relations. CIPM professional membership (MCIPM/FCIPM) strongly preferred. 5–8 years' progressive HR experience, preferably including managerial responsibility. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment practices. Excellent strategic and commercial awareness. B.Sc. / HND in HRM, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Business Administration or related discipline. Valid HR Practitioners' Licence where applicable. Experience: with HRIS and HR analytics. CIPD/SHRM certification is an added advantage. Strong leadership, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. Salary N400,000 - N600,000 monthly.
