We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Finance Lead to oversee financial operations and support strategic financial decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the company’s financial operations and accounting functions. Provide accurate and timely financial information to management to support strategic decision-making. Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and cash-flow projections. Ensure effective financial controls and compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Develop and improve financial policies, processes, and internal controls. Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders as required. Coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Provide commercial and financial analysis to support investment and infrastructure projects. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring high standards of performance and accountability. Monitor revenue, expenditure, cash flow, profitability, and overall financial performance. Requirements: 7+ years of relevant experience: in finance, accounting, financial management, or a related role. Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is highly desirable. Proficiency in accounting/ERP software and Microsoft Excel. Proven experience: in a leadership or senior finance position. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and applicable regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Experience: in investment, infrastructure, construction, real estate, financial services, or related sectors will be an advantage. Excellent analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash-flow management, and financial controls.
