Key Responsibilities: Oversee the electrical maintenance of agricultural machinery, processing plants, irrigation pumps, and automated feeding systems. Diagnose electrical faults swiftly to minimize operational downtime on the farm. Supervise junior technicians and farm craftspeople. Ensure all electrical work complies with Nigerian safety standards and factory regulations. Maintain and troubleshoot farm power grids, heavy-duty industrial generators, and solar power installations. Work closely with farm, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted farm activities. Perform any other electrical-related duties assigned by management. Design and implement routine preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical installations. Advise management on electrical equipment, repairs, replacements, and improvements where necessary. Requirements: Strong expertise in three-phase power systems, control panels, PLCs, and generator synchronized systems.
