We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Male) Location: Tanke, Ilorin, Kwara Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, drive operational excellence, and ensure that company standards are consistently maintained. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, food quality compliance, and overall profitability. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards. Review daily sales, cash reconciliation, and operational reports. Prepare staff duty rosters and coordinate shift schedules. Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience. Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock losses and wastage. Manage the daily operations of the restaurant to achieve efficiency and service excellence. Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve high performance. Monitor operational costs and implement strategies to improve profitability. Requirements: Experience: in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), reputable fast food chain, Chinese restaurant, or fine dining establishment will be an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years' experience: in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with at least two (2) years in a managerial position. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and make sound operational decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and POS systems. Good financial and analytical skills.
