Functional Responsibilities: Your duties shall include but not limited to the following: Working with the front desk to arrange special requests or welcome amenities Notifying managers of necessary repairs. Keeping the linen room stocked. properly cleaning upholstered furniture. Assisting guests when necessary Perform detailed deep cleans when required And any other assignment from the Line Manager or Management Keeping facilities clean and maintained. Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet. Oversight on kitchen activities Handover lost and found articles if any found in the room Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment. Place soiled linen in containers and send these to laundry. Clean upholstered furniture Attending hotel meetings Cleaning and stocking restrooms. Collecting and disposing of trash. Gathering arrivals and departures reports Examine and count each linen item when sending to laundry and again on return. Responding to guest requests Maintain proper records of discards and determine percentage of discards. Requirements: Interested candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE or OND in any relevant filed with a minimum of 3 years experience.
