The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural, technical, and construction drawings based on project specifications and requirements. Requirements: Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction plans, technical drawings, and building specifications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND in Architecture or a related discipline. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant drafting experience: within the Construction Industry. Good knowledge of construction materials, building processes, and industry standards. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design and CAD software will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings accurately. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
