We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Logistics Officer Location: Lekki Free Zone, Ibeju Lekki - Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Functional Area: Supply Chain Responsibilities: Understanding of the entire logistics process, from sourcing to warehousing and delivery. Timely dispatch of validated goods. Risk and compliance management: Knowledge of import/export legislation and safety compliance issues. Adherence to supply chain processes and procedures Liaising with freight forwarders and clearing agents. Planning & Coordinating skills, including shipment scheduling, resource allocation, route optimization, and contingency planning. Form M and PAAR processing. Coordinating port operations in collaboration with clearing agents. Weekly logistics reporting. Oilfield materials management, including OCTG handling and storage. Coordinating transportation, delivery and ensuring regulatory compliance. Base operations coordination. Inbound and outbound goods validations and revalidations. Person Specification Minimum of 3 years’ experience: Must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license. Ideal candidate: Honest and hardworking, confident with good social skills, team player, resourceful, energetic, agile learner, detail-oriented. University Degree Required Competencies: Knowledge of transportation management is necessary for ensuring efficient movement of goods. Effective Communication skills Problem Solving skills, ability to quickly identify, analyse and resolve issues that arise in logistics operations. Understanding and adhering to regulations related to global trade is required for international operations.
