We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Infrastructure & Applications Support Officer Location: Lagos Job type: Full-time Job Overview The Infrastructure & Applications Support Officer is responsible for administering and supporting the Company's IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity solutions. The role provides technical support, ensures system availability and security, and supports technology projects that improve business operations. Key Responsibilities: Administer and support IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, routers, switches, and wireless networks. Coordinate with vendors, maintain IT documentation, and support technology and digital transformation projects. Provide first- and second-level technical support to users. Administer Sophos Firewall, endpoint security, and cybersecurity controls. Support enterprise applications, including the Company's insurance core application and Zoho solutions. Manage the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and security). Requirements: Proven hands-on experience: with Microsoft 365 and Sophos Firewall administration. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs), and enterprise application support. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365, CCNA, CompTIA, Sophos, ITIL, or Azure Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant IT experience, preferably in banking, insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Fundamentals will be an added advantage. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver excellent user support.
