Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: B2B Field Marketing: Visit local businesses, agencies, and corporate clients to pitch our printing services and hand out custom print samples. Digital Campaign Management: Run localized social media ads, email newsletters, and SEO campaigns to generate print orders online. Print Sample & Portfolio Management: Design and curate high-quality physical sample kits (business cards, banners, packaging, brochures) to showcase our print finishes to prospects. Event & Expo Coordination: Plan and execute our presence at corporate and local business expos, community markets, and industry trade shows. Content Creation: Shoot high-quality photos and videos of our physical printing process and finished products for use on social media and our website. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and business partners to drive repeat orders and referrals. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 3 years of experience in a marketing or field sales role, preferably in printing, FMCG, or B2B services. Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM). Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing and field marketing activities. Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
