Key Responsibilities: Track and follow up on strategic action points. Support strategy development and execution. Collaborate with teams and key stakeholders to drive execution. Conduct market, industry and competitor research. Support financial analysis, forecasting and business planning. Develop business plans and pitch decks. Contribute to transformation, innovation and performance improvement initiatives. Monitor strategic initiatives, KPIs and business performance. Prepare business analysis, reports, dashboards and presentations. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience: in strategy, business analysis, consulting, corporate planning, research, financial analysis or transformation. Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage. First Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Sciences, Engineering, IT, Social Sciences or a related field. Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Experience: in the ICT, technology, consulting or professional services sector is an advantage. Strong analytical, research, presentation and report-writing skills. Good understanding of business strategy and financial analysis.
