Requirements: B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Building Technology COREN or NIOB registered. Extensive experience: with reinforced concrete framed construction. Able to mobilize and manage skilled tradesmen: formwork carpenters, iron benders, masons, concrete casters and labourers. Strong knowledge of HSE, quality control and site management procedures. Detail-oriented with ability to manage materials, manpower, productivity and wastage. Able to coordinate MEP and other subcontractors. Strong leadership, planning and site coordination skills.
