We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Ogudu GRA, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely filing of tax returns, statutory remittances, and other regulatory obligations. Maintain effective internal controls and financial policies. Conduct financial analysis and present reports to senior management to aid strategic decision-making. Support business planning, investment decisions, and financial modeling. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and profitability. Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies. Evaluate financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts. Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational objectives. Supervise and mentor members of the finance team. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills. Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Strong knowledge of IFRS, Nigerian tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
