Prepare competitive salary proposals and offer letters aligned with approved frameworks. Facilitate structured onboarding and track probation progress across markets. Coordinate exit processes and generate insights from exit interviews. Manage documentation, contracts, and compliance for subcontracted and outsourced personnel. Performance Management & Talent Development: Coordinate quarterly and annual performance cycles across assigned regions. Support managers with PIPs, documentation, and coaching guidance. Assist with capability assessments, succession planning, and IDPs for internal mobility.
