Key Responsibilities: Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop staff and volunteers. Lead fundraising, donor engagement, and revenue-generation initiatives. Serve as the Foundation's primary spokesperson and advocate. Work closely with the Board of Directors to achieve organizational goals.
